Project 3 Pitch
The purpose of my Project 3 is to unlock the creative drive in students, specifically those interested in film and let them know what it takes to make your own film. As long as you have drive and determination, you can write your own scripts. design your own sets, and improvise where you lack the necessary tools. While it will take more than just determination (lighting, mics, and camera), don't let lack of resources stop you from pursuing your dreams. Through collaboration you can make a notable idea into an award winning creation.

For my first genre, I made a presentation on Prezi that detailed why not to fear creativity. It outlined points like, no idea is too weird, and that creativity sometimes means having to step outside of your comfort zone. It included examples of movies, writers/actors/directors that followed these tips and made it big.
For my second genre, I lead a speech and a team building exercise with the class. I passed out note cards and pencils to half the class and asked them to write down something they've always wanted to achieve but never had the chance to. Then, I asked them to give their cards to those who didn't have any, later instructing the second round of people to tear up the cards and tell the writer that they couldn't do it. The class felt the urge to now achieve these goals, and I finished by saying don't let anyone who doesn't take the time to understand your goals, tell you you can't do what you aim to.
For my final genre, I made an Instagram page dedicated to inspiring those who were interested in writing scripts by delivering tips on how to write and pitch their ideas.
